Refund Policy

At YK Photography, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality photography services. We understand that each client's needs are unique, and we do our best to deliver exceptional results. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking or purchasing any of our services.

  1. No Refunds on Completed Services Once a photography service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes but is not limited to, wildlife, nature, portrait, drone, event, and graduation photography services. We believe that our work speaks for itself, and we stand behind the quality of our services. If you have any concerns or issues with the final product, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for our services. If you provide us with the required notice, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment without any additional charges. However, if you cancel within the 72-hour window, you will not receive a refund for any payments made.

  3. Deposits and Prepayments For some services, we may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your booking. These deposits and prepayments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the Cancellations and Rescheduling section of this policy.

  4. Force Majeure YK Photography will not be held responsible for any failure to perform our services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, accidents, or other events that prevent us from providing our photography services. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. However, no refunds will be provided.

  5. Client Dissatisfaction We strive to ensure that all our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your images or video. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a mutually agreeable solution. However, no refunds will be provided for client dissatisfaction.
